At WM2026Fussballtrikot, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for non-printed (blank) jerseys.
• Printed or personalized jerseys (including jerseys with custom names, numbers, patches, or any other personalization) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Return Period

• Eligible items may be returned within 12 days of the delivery date.
• Returns requested after the 12-day period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the jersey must:

• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging, where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as WM2026Fussballtrikot cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of deliveryand include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
